London 2012

On Friday the greatest sporting event will begin as the opening ceremonies of the 2012 Olympic Games starts in London. Teams from all over the globe will gather in Olympic Village for 17 days of competition!

My Schedule is Opening Up

Have you all seen the DIRECTV commercial about the guy who is paying too much for cable so he throws things? And then when he throws things his schedule happens to open up, then sooner or later he ends up taking in stray animals? Well, that’s the way I am going to start feeling, besides the paying too much on cable and taking in stray animals part.

Coaching, it’s in my Blood

The definition of a coach in the Webster’s Dictionary is “one who instructs players in the fundamentals of a competitive sport and directs team strategy.” While I would agree with that 100%…coaching involves so much more.

How Much Is Too Much?

A few weeks ago I was having a conversation with a friend about children and extracurricular activities. He was commenting on the fact that every spare evening/weekend was spent chauffeuring kids to some sort of practice or attending games. I jokingly asked if maybe the kids were involved in too much.
