Welcome Home

As we drove into Hastings from the north Tuesday evening, I experienced a great sense of comfort and warmth. We had been in Minnesota for just one week, for a granddaughter’s seventh birthday and an appointment, and we had had a wonderful time visiting with family and experiencing a new museum and interesting restaurants.

Weatherizing your home or structures

Why is it that we think of winterizing our homes but don’t think about how we can do the same things for spring, summer and fall and have some of the same results to our homes and structures? With energy costs on the rise today, each of the seasons here in the Hastings area are equally important when it comes to making a home or any building as comfortable and as energy efficient as possible.
