HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training and one of the best ways to burn fat. It involves alternating between periods of low or moderate intensity and periods of extremely high intensity. It’s good if you’re pushed for time because you can get a lot out of your workout in a shorter amount of time.

It’s Spring…at least that’s what the calendar says…it’s time to get out and get moving. Even though it’s been a cool…okay cold Spring so far…it’s still nice enough most days to get outside and be active. Being outside just makes you fell better and rejuvenated, no matter what you’re doing.

We all have them…day’s that we have every intention of working out, then as the day goes on the reality of actually being able to squeeze in a workout looks pretty bleak. Even if you have time blocked off, there are days when life happens and it just can’t be done…I seemed to being having at least one day like that every week. So, I try to make a workout out of other things I have to get done.
