I thought about the forms of entertainment and recreation that we have here in Hastings and came up with the following claim: Without an active pursuit of recreation and an open mind, it’s easy to say that there is nothing to do in Hastings. In actuality, there is a wide variety of entertainment and recreation, especially if you know where to look.

Climate has been open just over a year and it already has become a destination shop in Downtown Hastings. Climate offers popular brands like Miss Me, Silver, Idylle, Lucky Brand and Roxy, just to name a few.

Young Retailer Brings Upbeat Attitude to Two Downtown Stores

Love for the retail environment has helped Jason Schreiner become successful in recent business ventures, including the purchase of Hometown Variety and the opening of Climate, a clothing store. Both are located in downtown Hastings.
