Fitness at Home

You know those cold Saturday winter mornings where you don’t even want to get out of bed, let alone get out in the cold to go to the gym to workout. Your warm, cozy bed is way more inviting. But who says you always have to go to the gym to get a good workout?

By combining some of your favorite moves targeting your arms, legs and abs you can get a great workout in at home without any weights or cardio machines. I don’t recommend doing a workout like this all of the time, it’s good to get in the gym and hit the weights and do some cardio. But it is great for days when you’re in a pinch, traveling or just wanting to stay warm at home.

Below is an example of a good at home workout, try it out, tweak it to add some of your favorite moves…but on those cold days or when you don’t have enough time to hit the gym…keep moving with a simple at home workout.
