Working Toward my Dream Yarden

Yes. Yarden. I’m not a huge fan of lawn maintenance and I never have been. We struggle to create pristine green blankets out of grass that’s better suited for Kentucky’s climate. And we fight with the plants that grow naturally here, cursing their resilience and calling them weeds.

Class of 2011 Master Gardeners

Adults who love plants, gardening, landscaping and teaching others have an opportunity to join the 2011 class of Master Gardeners Classes again!! Does this mean “learning is life-long”? The Nebraska Master Gardener program is a horticulture-related volunteer training program available in many counties throughout the state.
