Corky Craft

Growing up I never had a magnetic refrigerator, ours was wood… so the saying “I am going to hang this up on my refrigerator” never came true. Now that I have my own house I have my own magnetic fridge that I can put whatever I want on it.

HIIT

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training and one of the best ways to burn fat. It involves alternating between periods of low or moderate intensity and periods of extremely high intensity. It’s good if you’re pushed for time because you can get a lot out of your workout in a shorter amount of time.
