Winter Running in Nebraska – A Love/Hate Relationship

I generally consider myself a runner. I run because I know it’s good for me. I’m also an eater and I have to do something to balance that out. It’s nice to have that time to just sort of hang out in my head or to kick start my morning or to catch up with whomever I’m running with. I also like the high I feel afterwards.
