Friday, March 2nd, 2012 by Jake Fowler
Have you all seen the DIRECTV commercial about the guy who is paying too much for cable so he throws things? And then when he throws things his schedule happens to open up, then sooner or later he ends up taking in stray animals? Well, that’s the way I am going to start feeling, besides the paying too much on cable and taking in stray animals part.

How’s Your Health?
Thursday, March 1st, 2012 by Jill Kimle
I’m sure we’ve all had complaints in one way or another about our local health care. From the initial call to schedule an appointment to the length of time in the waiting room to the doctor’s bedside manner, we’ve all been frustrated at some point. It comes with the territory. Stairs
Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 by Amanda McKenzie
Stairs have taken on a new meaning for me lately. Last November my friend Jackie and I signed up for Trek up the Tower. So needless to say, I’ve been running a lot of stairs.

Gluten Free
Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 by Amanda McKenzie
I’ve been gluten free for one week now and I have one more to go. This two week experiment of gluten free eating was my boyfriend’s idea. He has quite a few family members that have gluten intolerance so he finally decided to try it to see if he could notice a difference. And being the good girlfriend that I am, I said I’d to it too.

Resolutions
Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012 by Amanda McKenzie
The Holidays are officially over…my tree and decorations came down over the weekend and are in storage for another year. I rung in the New Year with some great family and friends and I’m vowing to make 2012 the best year yet! I think every year you should try to better yourself in some way, grow from the year before, learn from your past mistakes and set new goals to strive for.
