I have a picky eater. She isn’t your typical picky eater. She will eat all her vegetables. She will eat fish sticks. She will eat fruit. And any kind of bread product is manna from heaven.

How Much Is Too Much?

A few weeks ago I was having a conversation with a friend about children and extracurricular activities. He was commenting on the fact that every spare evening/weekend was spent chauffeuring kids to some sort of practice or attending games. I jokingly asked if maybe the kids were involved in too much.
