Jamey put together for us a class that he offers….Wine Tasting 101. Our group of 12 wandered down the stairs to the Bistro area. For those of you (I hope none) that have not been to WIneStyles, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, yet offers a posh lounge area that has Old World Charm. You truly feel transformed when you walk through the doors.

I grew up in the small town of Palmyra, where a majority of my summer was spent at my Grandparents’ farm. My sister and I showed pigs each year at the Otoe County Fair. Though my Dad tried to get me to help with all the chores and gardening around the farm, I always found myself disappearing to my Grandmother’s kitchen.

Do The Brew

The mission of Do The Brew is to bring great taste of craft beers to Central Nebraska and raise funds for the Hastings Community Arts Council. This year there will be over 100 different craft beers from more than 40 different state, regional and national breweries. If beer is not your thing, WineStyles of Hastings will be providing a selection of wines at an additional cost.
