It’s 80% diet…if not more during the weight loss process. That 80% is the hardest thing to do. It’s easy to exercise and be active, but eating clean at least 80% of the time is the real challenge.

Anybody else think Saturday’s game against Minnesota was boring? I certainly did. I was in a constant struggle to be a motivated fanatic as the Huskers beat the Golden Gophers 41-14. In all honesty, I didn’t even watch the fourth quarter. Does this mean I’m not a true Husker fan?

Struggles

Last week was a struggle for me. I was really exhausted all week and I had no energy to do anything and I’m not quite sure why. I only managed to get three good days of exercise in and I was in no mood whatsoever to cook!
