Wednesday, July 11th, 2012 by Jerry Daniels
That well publicized comment by our countries Vice President has been in the news lately and it seemed to fit as a lead into this report. This year a IPPY was awarded to Jorn Olsen for his coffee table book “Across a Wild Horizon”.

The Power of Music
Friday, June 29th, 2012 by Josh Wooster
As I consider the possible summer offerings for entertainment, I can’t help but notice they all have something in common: Music. Think about it: Wedding season brings cover bands, festivals like Cottonwood or Flatwater include music, and the Nebraska State Fair is coming up at the end of summer. Usually, sports gather a large following but it is interesting to see how music can draw such a crowd!

TV Parties
Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012 by Josh Wooster
What is your favorite television program? Is it a comedy like “The Big Bang Theory” or “Modern Family?” Is it a crime-drama such as “CSI” or “Castle?” Or is it a reality show like “The Voice” or “Dancing with the Stars?” Whatever program you may enjoy, make it an experience: Invite some friends, watch with the whole family, or make a date of it. Turn your favorite shows into something more than just a program on a random night.
