Anyone can be a runner, if you do it the right way. Most people who want to start running try to go gung-ho the first time out and then quit not too long after that because they are sore. If you are interested in running start slow and increase a little every week.

The Final Four

Sixty-eight teams entered The Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament with hopes of being the next “Cinderella” and/or National Champion, and now only four remain. Louisville, Kentucky, Ohio State, and Kansas are the four teams fortunate enough to make it to New Orleans, and the hopes of being crowned as the best are still alive.

Whoops and Hoops

Every year, the third weekend in March, several thousand people come to Hastings to play in the tournament or cheer on friends and family…talk about a huge economic impact! The tournament is such a great thing for the community, everyone in town benefits!
