How Much Is Too Much?

A few weeks ago I was having a conversation with a friend about children and extracurricular activities. He was commenting on the fact that every spare evening/weekend was spent chauffeuring kids to some sort of practice or attending games. I jokingly asked if maybe the kids were involved in too much.
